When we arrived, Mark informed us that the apartment we had booked had been flooded, but he quickly provided a solution by offering us a replacement. The new apartment he provided was recently renovated and, although it was further from the city center, it was very comfortable and conveniently located near a metro station. Mark took the situation very seriously and was always available to address any concerns or questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend Mark as a host, as he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable despite the unexpected circumstances.

Posizione super, vicinissima alla stazione Sants e alle linee di metropolitana. Molto facile da li raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. La piazza sottostante un po’ rumorosa (non per colpa di Marc, naturalmente). La casa non grande, ma funzionale, in linea con le attese.

El departamento está muy bien equipado. La ubicación es excelente, a metros del metro. Todo funcionó perfecto. La atención del anfitrión es muy buena. Totalmente recomendable. Sin dudas volveríamos.

Our flight was delayed so we texted Marc that we’ll be a bit late. He texted us every few minutes with questions where are we. Check-in was pretty smooth though, Maria (not Marc) let us in. My wife left keys in the apartments and slammed the door right after check-in. So we stayed on the street without internet with all our belongings. Somehow we managed to get wi-fi and texted Marc about the situation. It appeared he was not in the city and Maria didn’t have another pair of keys. So he said us to wait 2 hours and pay 50 euros to deliver the keys. Hygiene essentials were listed in the amenities, however there were no soap and toilet paper. Also there were only two towels and only one bedding set (and all of these were pretty old) even though we rented apartment for a month. Apartments listed as newly renovated but walls are in stains, the coach was insanely stained and a bit broken, table is very unstable. Nevertheless, kitchen is very good, with all you need. Location is good enough.
