While providing a relaxing tropical vibe, it is 100% turn-key with all newer/comfortable pillowtop mattresses ~ 2 queens and 2 twins. The property also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa in the den and in the living room. Additionally, new interior/exterior paint, wall-to-wall wood flooring, plush bedroom carpeting, crown molding, and ceiling fans can all be enjoyed. Abundant quality towels/linens and luxurious down/feather pillows are provided {including a super-soft, queen-size heated blanket with dual controls}. There are two attractive room dividers/folding screens that can be used for extra privacy around the sleeper sofas or between the twin beds and a Sound Spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper. Every bedroom has a luggage rack and a hamper. The large HEATED {November to May} swimming pool is set at a very comfortable 86-88 degrees, not in the low 80's like most others ~ always ask before renting or your kids may refuse to get in the water! Both the pool and DELUXE hot tub have LED color-changing lights. The hot tub also sports numerous therapeutic jet cycles an actual waterfall, and cushioned headrests. Fun flotation devices, water toys, padded lounge chairs, pool towels, tote bags, and coolers are all provided. The porch, patio, and lanai boast a Weber charcoal grill, bar area with stool, bar cart, television, rattan furniture, and two dining areas to enjoy outdoor meals pool-side if desired. There are 6 flat-screen SATELLITE televisions {with remotes} at the home, including a 60" in the living room, a 42" in the master "Caribbean" bedroom, a 40" Smart TV in the "Hawaii" bedroom, and a 32" Roku TV in the "Bahamas" bedroom. Additionally, Xfinity "Flex" for streaming thousands of awesome shows/movies is available on the den TV with your subscription and offers tons of free content/local channels. The property provides free "Superfast" 1,000 MBPS WiFi throughout it AND Nest Mini Assistant device. This home has a completely fenced back yard and is on a private dead-end street with minimal traffic. Only the North side of the street, where this home is located, has NO condominiums behind it with various windows overlooking the pool area. This feature provides us a huge advantage over other nearby rental houses. Best of all, both the pool and hot tub are for private use only ~ NO "community" sharing with strangers! Plus, all the bedrooms and bathrooms have door locks for complete privacy. The master bedroom, on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms, has an en-suite with a convenient entrance to the Florida room and pool area. There is a decorative electric fireplace in the living room with color-changing lights, a built-in heater, and a remote control. The fully-equipped kitchen offers filtered water/ice, coolers, a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, blender, deluxe Margaritaville machine, pancake griddle, tea kettle, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bake ware, cook books, assorted spices and cooking ingredients, etc. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes steamer, hair dryers, curling iron, electric curlers, bathroom scale, shower chair, portable stereo/CD player, and indoor/outdoor games. Adorned with dozens of flowers, palm trees, colorful hibiscus plants {seasonally}, lush landscaping, and a charming tiki garden, this home is nestled in Boynton's most desirable {Intracoastal Waterway} neighborhood. Its street is across from the ocean inlet, and public beaches {Ocean Ridge and Lantana} are less than 10 minutes away by vehicle in either direction! There are also two wonderful waterfront parks next door to play, fish, and/or launch a boat. Additionally, plentiful marinas are nearby if renting or chartering a boat is on your agenda for world-class fishing in the pristine Gulfstream waters off the East Coast of the Atlantic Ocean {NO dangerous/toxic red tides or algae blooms as currently reported on Florida's West Coast}. Numerous popular restaurants and excellent shopping are less than a couple miles away, including the Boynton Beach Mall. {Local guide books are provided for your convenience}. However, it's unlikely you'll want to leave this gorgeous property very often to explore so much the area has to offer!* Dogs Only Allowed {MUST Be Completely House-Broken and Very Well-Behaved}. Please see below "Pet Fee". Wheelchair Accessibility ~ The entire house is on one level and can provide {with advance notice} a shower bench and a portable/adjustable wheelchair threshold ramp. However, it does not have a walk-in bathtub or a roll-in shower. This property is NOT officially wheelchair accessible. Please Note: This is a privately owned and managed home. It is not a condominium or apartment governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit short-term renting. Private homes and villas in Florida subdivisions are also governed by HOA rules that strictly prohibit renting for less than 30 days. Also, some entire towns {i.e., Boca Raton/Ocean Ridge/Palm Beach} prohibit ALL short-term rentals and Delray Beach has extremely tight restrictions. Our Boynton Beach property is NOT located in a subdivision and/or prohibited from renting short-term. There is a zero chance that you will be reported by a neighbor, visited by a code enforcement officer, and immediately evicted for renting our home illegally. We are LICENSED {all 5 required/current permit numbers available upon request} and fully-regulated by the City of Boynton Beach/County of Palm Beach/State of Florida/Department of Business & Professional Regulation. Be aware that very few Airbnb hosts in Florida, particularly non-Superhosts, are properly licensed! If an owner or manager asks you to pretend that you are a "friend" or "relative" while renting, walk away before you pay anything and find a LEGAL rental. This is for your own protection. It will help ensure that you have a great, hassle-free, and SAFE vacation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IMPORTANT: Guest payments are made DIRECTLY to Airbnb according to their posted terms. HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: The software here does not provide an editing feature for Holiday Premiums to be added to the posted rates prior to a reservation being confirmed/paid. It has electricity/water/mini refrigerator/microwave/television {activated with your Amazon account} for guest use ~ kids will love it as a playhouse! SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: The Guest must provide their current physical address and regular/non-Airbnb E-mail address within 24 HOURS of confirmed reservation so Agreement can be drafted/E-mailed. It then must be properly executed and returned within 48 HOURS {24 HOURS if reservation is less than 2 weeks away} of originally being sent {the Owner will have time-stamped proof}, or the GUEST needs to immediately cancel their reservation. {The Guest WILL BE subject to the Owner's posted/non-negotiable cancellation policy}. Otherwise, the reservation will not be honored and no refund will be provided. The Owner is not responsible for the Guest's failure to properly read this extremely detailed and clear listing as it pertains to holidays, pets, maximum persons allowed, etc. The Owner is also not responsible for the Guest's failure to open/read/check their regular E-mail/SPAM file for sent Agreement, and/or sends signed Agreement back to the wrong E-mail address. The Guest who signs Agreement must be at least 25 years old {government-issued photo ID required}. No reservation will be honored and no refund will be provided to ANYONE who cannot prove that they are at least 25 after they book the property. Stayed at Sarah's place last week and it was just as advertised. Very cute and all the little things you would have wished for. Pool and jacuzzi were just as stated and the kids spent a lot of time in both. Delray public beach was only a 10 minute drive and easy to get to. The minute you walked in you could smell the cleanliness of the home. All in all very nice place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cute yet spacious home, tucked away on a small street, conveniently located right off AIA. We were a group of 5 - my wife, 5-year old son and in-laws, and we all were charmed by what the home had to offer. The heated pool - screened in - was out starting and ending point each day, as was the jacuzzi. The screened in outside room also is a great option for eating outside. The kitchen features everything you need for cooking, and Sarah has gone out of her way to provide little touches that make the stay extra convenient (like extra toiletries, spices and condiments in the kitchen, beach bags, chairs, coolers, and LOTS of towels. And we adored the Hawaiian theme throughout and the beautiful nighttime lighting in and around the pool. Sarah is someone who clearly strives to deliver a stellar experience for her guests.
