Was amazing being in the middle of the jungle, right next to a private cenote. The location was perfect for those looking to have a secluded launching off point for day adventures. Super close to Oxeman, Saytun, and a ton of other cenotes. Can get to Chitzen Itzha in about 30min (get there early!). Overall had a great stay! Only thing to be mindful of are the bugs outside. I’ll note that there weren’t any bugs in the cenote!

An incredible property and the private cenote is insanely good - worth a stay just for that! Really a once in a lifetime opportunity! The only small note was that there was a lot of big bugs on the roof, so we couldn't use the hot tub at night. Which was a shame because it is SO nice. But a small issue on an otherwise perfect stay.

Jose’s place is a peaceful nature wonderland. The studio is modern with interesting architectural touches, the outdoor shower, jacuzzi & cenote were icing on the cake!

This was a magical stay start to finish. Before we arrived, Jose gave us very clear instructions on how to get there (even including a video of the drive) and contact info for those at the property. Doña Conchita was an amazing help. She was at the property to greet us and give us a tour and when we were unable to purchase alcohol in town (Valladolid has time restrictions on alcohol sales), she gladly offered us some of hers as well as some delicious watermelon. The power went out briefly and Doña was at our villa nearly immediately with a candle and lantern. The private cenote was beautiful, well-equipped, and will hold a special place in my heart as my fiancée proposed there :) There are also deer on the property that are very sweet and let you pet them. We had rented a car which worked out perfectly as the ranch is on the outskirts of town, but I'm sure taxis wouldn't have a issue picking people up. Overall, can't recommend this stay enough!
