Casa Puti by Z and Zu Boracay is perfect if you are looking for a budget friendly and a great place to stay while you are exploring boracay. From the location bulabog beach, D'mall, and station 2 is a few minutes walk away. There are "karinderias" and "sari-sari stores" in the area. And for the highlight the receiving staffs are very accomodating and also very knowledgeable if you have something to ask about the island or how to navigate around the island. Our stay there is superb!

Budget friendly and very good place. Very peaceful cos you live close to the natives. You have to walk 5-10 mins to go to the front beach, 1 minute to the back beach. Kitchen was very useful, we saved a lot in using the kitchen by buying local goods in flea markets nearby. Recommended for on budget tourists.

I don’t feel safe walking around at night and the main door is always left open which makes us feel unsecured. The surrounding area doesn’t feel safe (there are a lot of bystanders, stray dogs). And the area stinks, too. The bathroom sink is clogged. The hot and cold shower does not work. We texted the caretaker but he never responded. We needed to go to his room to get his attention. They also didn’t consider refunding our last night stay even though it’s still in the Airbnb timeframe of free cancellation. Sorry, but there are far more better places in the same price bracket that is nearer to the White Beach.

no instructions received from the host, called but less response. we came and tried to call with transportation helping after so many tries he responded. going thru the place, the place smells really bad like a sewer. rooms bed has sharp edges and i was hit twice resulting to gash in the knee and legs. bathroom sink water goes to the floor and wet your feet with water sprinkling. the shower has not hot water and three of our member was not able to shower because there are no water coming out. the maintenance boy save the shower debacle by connection directly the faucet to heater but then we lost the faucet water. till we left the sink water continue to spread in the floor. all stair going down has splinter that can hurt anyone at the edge, its a matter of time till someone get hurt bad. The maintenance boy did a good job doing what he can do and we compensate him but the host is totally absent and neglectful. will never, ever use CASA PUTI, it has the stench outside and sewer smell.

Janneth (caretaker) was awesome. Very helpful! The only issue that we had was the leak behind the sink. Overall it was ok.
