It’s a funky live-work space - mezzanine loft bed up high and an inflatable double bed in the main area - decorated with the owner’s work, assorted mannequins and a huge pot plant. We had concerns it might get hot, noisy or bright. But the AC was great, the blinds darkened the room and Reade St., though right in the heart of TriBeCa, wasn’t too boisterous, so we slept well. Projector TV and entertainment system was amazing. Inflatable bed needed attention, but was comfy. We didn’t take advantage of the many kitchen gadgets: coffee makers, NutriBullet etc. but appreciated that others would love them. Any questions and Rad was straight back to us. Couldn’t fault the location. A relaxed, easy-going space, that instantly felt like home. We’d love to go back.

We stayed for a week in Rad’s very cool apartment and it was a true New York experience. My son was interning and had to get the subway uptown which was super convenient. The area around Reade and Duane is so cool with great restaurants and anything else you need. The river is also less than a km away with great running, walking and cycling. The apartment is very spacious by NY standards for the area. The two beds worked well - the loft bed has a slightly precarious ladder, but I got very good at negotiating it. I can highly recommend this as a place to stay. Thanks Rad.

Great place, as good or better than photos. Clean, high ceilings and open greatly spaced loft, easy to get in, Rad was very responsive and my stay was all around 5 stars. Did not have a single issue in any regard - which is incredibly rare anywhere you go. Not to mention great location!

The loft that Rad provides is very characteristic and special. The neighbourhood is very nice and well connected. Rad is very quick and helpful in answering messages!
