Very cute and nice house. Plenty of room for guests. Very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful set up on the backyard. The kids and adults loved it and we enjoyed our stay.

house was great , the host was great , the bar was cool and very well equipped , the grills outside were also clean and well equipped, the house over all was very clean and nice. downside was NO AC for 2 days(ac broke before we got there), and they didn't prepare the house for that. The kitchen sink kept getting clogged. We had to use a plunger(the shredder broke before we got there). the neighbors next to the pool call cops and the once in front of the house also at 3 pm on a sunday, the next door neighbor complaint about our voices not just music (kids in a pool you cant asked them to keep it down) but it was night time so we just went inside. if you have a large group just keep music and laughs near the table behind the house , stay away from pool at night unless your going to be really quiet. Ruth was really cool and helped out a lot .

The house was spotless inside and out. Kim was available for any questions. Off street parking was available for all of our vehicles. Neighbors were friendly.
