The house was lovely and Nick very helpful! It suited our needs perfectly, our son was married at the Reeds, and the space and location was perfect for that and the family brunch on Sunday. The only problem was the fireplace not operational for brunch and Sunday football, but all things considered I highly recommend this property

Exactly what was advertised. Extremely comfortable and clean. Host responded within minutes for requests. Clear instructions. Will be back next year!

This house could not have worked out better for our large group. The pictures do not do the space justice! The living area and open kitchen was perfect for us to gather while the kids had their own private tv room. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and each had its own bathroom. You can tell the house is brand new. Sheets, towels, and house basics were all provided which was helpful as well! We did not get to use the pool since it was the off season but the backyard was massive. Wonderful location with a short walk to downtown Stone Harbor to top it off. We will be back!
