We picked this Spring Lake house on a whim, not knowing the area at all, and wow were we glad we did!! The hosts are the absolute NICEST people, so kind and welcoming and super responsive whenever needed. The house is so cozy that my kids felt instantly at home during our long stay. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything you could ever want for cooking. The neighborhood is so nice, probably my favorite section of Sebring. We liked it so much that we immediately booked another long stay!

David is an amazing host! He’s proactive, friendly, communicates, and makes you feel at home. During our stay, the yard and pool were regularly maintained. The house was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed how dog friendly the property was. David was thoughtful enough to provide all of the essentials that we would need, as well as fun extras like beach gear, pool toys, bikes, etc. In the community is the Speakeasy Bar & Grill, which was a perfect way to unwind with good food and great service. Thank you so much for having us!

Really enjoyed my stay at David’s place. The place was as advertised. Very peaceful neighborhood. Pool was great! Will definitely stay again.
