Warren's place literally felt like home. Everything was clean and functional. He also recommended nearby eateries and extended our checkout time a bit. Would definitely come back here and if I had a job that only required a laptop, I would stay here long term!

This is already our second time to stay at W Residences and just like the first time, we had a wonderful stay. Warren is a very friendly and accommodating host. The room has everything that guests will need to have a comfortable stay. The dining area has nice and has all the basic utensils you'll need in case you will be taking foods from outside. There's also need to bring bottled water as there is a water dispenser in the common dining area. Definitely our home whenever we are in Isabela. We will be back for sure 😊

Even if I am too picky but guest, Warren's place fulfilled my expectations. The building is new constructed, it was clean, it was walking distance to the beautiful old market and lots of good restaurants are just within walking distance. Warren as a host is very helpful, easy to talk to him, he is always accessible, he gives good information about the property, about the city and also about sightseeing destinations. I will highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.
