Simple, clean, mid century transitional decor, central heat and air in case open windows and a fireplace isn't enough. Living Room: Offers open space & oversized windows, with a Smart TV/wifi, sectional sofa and side chair, Wood burning fireplace, and sliding door deck access with views. Kitchen: Includes all cooking supplies, silverware, plates, bowls, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, some seasonings, and paper towels and plates. Dishwasher with Dishwasher tablets and dish soap, dish brush and sponge in organizer. 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms Upstairs, 1 Bedroom plus Game Room w/Pull out Queen Couch & full Bath Downstairs. 2 Living Spaces and 2 Dining Spaces Upstairs with views from every window. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting before and after each guest is standard procedure. Absolutely NO parties are allowed, quiet time ON THE DECK begins at 9pm-8am and NO MORE THAN 10 occupants without owner permission. The focus is on you, family and friends and yes, One well-behaved pet is allowed with additional pet fee of $75.00 for the stay. Waste baggies and food bowls provided.
