upon arrival I thought the neighbors house was the place because it looked decent. plus the listing doesn't show the exterior for good reason.. when I realized it was the abandoned looking place next door with scrap metal strewn in the patchy grass dirt yard, I was a bit dismayed. however figured give it a shot. the interior looks ok. not the greatest craftsman but ok nonetheless. however almost immediately my wife who has mild allergies complained of mildew irritation and smell. also the double bed in the bedroom isn't even a bed. it is a spring cot. we could barely sit on it together and it felt like it was gonna tip over (because it's not a bed!) I reached out to Daniel immediately. someone read the message but nobody replied. I'd like a refund as we couldn't stay due to these factors. I guess we will see😐. I'm not some picky jerk. I just have an expectation to meet what is portrayed in the listing.

Great communication and instructions. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of room. It was a quick visit so I really only tried the bed and bathroom...both were great! Close to downtown and perfect for my visit. Would stay again if in the area.
