Family and friends drove from Colorado to Oklahoma for the April 8, 2024 Solar Eclipse. The lodge and guest house were perfect accommodations for our group! Beautiful house and surroundings. We were very comfortable and felt at home. We danced in the kitchen, shared meals around the table, had happy hour on the deck, and enjoyed the relaxation of the hot tub, what a wonderful place to be. We met the neighbors from up the road (they were from Utah) and stargazed the night before the eclipse (beautiful dark skies for our telescopes). And the eclipse did not disappoint! What a memorable trip!

Grand Overlook is a great property for a large gathering. The kitchen is well appointed with a crock pot, mixer, blender, nice pots and pans, and a selection of good knives. Having two refrigerators in a rental that large is a plus. Our family enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas, and the nature trail down to the creek the most. Even though there were 28 of us we never felt crowded! The location is wonderful, and you feel secluded in the woods. Grand Overlook was the perfect spot for our family reunion!

Great set up tucked in trees. Our big group was easily entertained by all of the amenities. Definitely on our list to return.

The house was stunning and so large. We had roughly 26 or so people staying in the house and it never felt crowded and everything was so clean. The kitchen was so nice and never got crowded and oh my gosh the beds were some of the most comfortable things I’ve ever touched. My family and friends loved it and could not believe we were even there. The hosts were super nice and we didn’t have any trouble finding it or anything. Never had issues with WiFi either or being too hot or too cold. Absolutely loved it, wish we could stay again!

Treeline was responsive and so helpful! Great accommodations for our group size. We hosted a small college ministry retreat with the guys downstairs and the girls upstairs at the bunk house. My family was able to utilize the master bedroom with my two children in the bunk space. The main living room area was great for morning worship and prayer. The whole space was perfect for our needs and the appliances and cooking utensils were excellent! Apple Maps took us to the address with no problems! All of our students had a great time and expressed a desire to come back to enjoy the Grand Overlook trail and the state park nearby. We hope to come back next year! If you’re considering using this space for your group, it’s definitely worth considering. We loved it!
