Great place to stay, so close to Poipu beach. A wonderful place to relax for a couple of days with some friends. Because there are two separate units, there are plenty of amenities like kitchen & laundry machines.

I brought my entire family (9 Adults, 2 kids) for a family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was absolutely perfect - just steps to the beach to enjoy the turtles and Monk seal that would lounge for the day. It was so easy for the family to go snorkeling or boogie boarding or enjoy the walkable restaurants. Both units were recently remodeled and immaculate! There was an over whelming amount of beach accessories available to us - everything was perfect! Corey, the property manager was a god sent! He was very attentive to all our needs and we truly enjoyed working with him! Would definitely stay at the property again - Aloha!

We enjoyed our time at Rico’s place. it was the perfect space to accommodate our group! we loved how close it was to the beach. check in was easy and simple. host always responded right away! we would recommend this to anyone coming to kaua’i!

Great place in a great location. We loved being able to pop in and out from poipu beach when we needed something. We’re able to see the kids playing in the park from the porch. Great place for family get togethers. Everything was very comfortable.

What a spot! Can't get a better location in Poipu! Lots of room for a big family reunion. Everyone was comfortable with lots of space. We appreciated immensely that there were lots of great beach toys and things to use. We also appreciate that there were some basic food/spice supplies because we are big cooks. Everyone could walk to different activities and this kept everyone happy and super flexible. Walked to see the sunsets every night and check on the sea turtles and monk seals every sunrise. Calm beach for babies 2 min walk and stomping boogy boarding 2 mins in the opposite direction. Earplugs provided for those early morning roosters was a thoughtful and helpful touch! Great hosts and caretakers!
