Great place for accommodating lots of people! Central location where there are places within walking distance and you can get downtown quickly. The neighborhood is improving. A bit rough around the edges, but our group felt perfectly safe during our stay. The home itself is charming with lots of character, super clean, and had everything you need. Though has a bit of the old home smell that did bother some of our group that were more sensitive to it.

Nice combination of classic and modern. There were many nice modern touches, like night stands with regular and USB outlets in the bedrooms, yet most of the turn of the century era details remain. Very spacious. More than enough for the 4 of us, and plenty of space to host the extended family for dinner. Many nice touches by the host, like labeling every light switch, made the stay extra easy, and extra comfortable. Can walk to restaurants and shops, but parking is also very convenient with newly paved alley access. Parking pad easily fits two vans/SUVs.

We had a wonderful visit to Fort Wayne. While we didn't get to spend much time at the house, since we were there for a tournament, it offered a great sleep with amenities that helped us to rejuvenate between games.
