Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Cosy studio space. Comfortable and modern living space. Comfortable bed. Loved the shower. We stayed during a storm and with the location of the house (fields and farm land) the wind kept us awake for both nights. I slept by the stairs to the main entrance and it was with a cold draft. I’m sure that this isn’t the case on a non windy day. Walking tracks were waterlogged but I should imagine that in the summer, the walks around footpaths would be very nice.

Absolutely perfect place for a getaway to the countryside. Had everything we needed for our stay, and wasn’t a long drive to the beach, pubs and supermarkets, and there’s an amazing cafe in the dog rescue just 30 mins walk away. Would 100% recommend to anyone, and will definitely return!

The place was immaculate, cosy and just everything we needed. Exactly as described. The location is peaceful and there are loads of nearby walks/ restaurants and things to do. The bed was so cosy! Which made our weekend relaxation even better. We would definitely love to return. Amy was great at communicating and the treats were a lovely gesture.

We had a great time here, the annex was very cosy, yet spacious. It allowed us to have a ‘home’ which you wouldn’t get in a hotel etc. The space was well designed and spotless, with a nice eating and sitting area and a very firm bed. Its location was great, especially if you have a dog as there is a public footpath the runs right next to the property! Amy was a brilliant host, and often proactively checked in on us by text. We had a great stay and will be returning when we are next in North Wales visiting family!
