Fantastic views are exactly as shown in the photos. Great spot and house was a great layout to spend time with friends and family. Hosts were awesome and very responsive. Walking down the hill to the town centre is easy. You might want to catch a taxi back up though (use the blue Queenstown taxis, not the others).

Lovely house with incredible views from every room. Worked really well for our large group (4 adults, 4 children). The property was well managed, with the team very responsive and helpful.
This is a wonderful property in an ideal location. Plenty of activities available for an active family and a beautiful place to relax and recharge whilst soaking in spectacular views or enjoying a drink watching the sunset. The Sotheby’s team (Nikki and Tink) were great to deal with and very responsive on all questions and requests that we had. The house lives up to the photos and the descriptions. I would highly recommend it.
