On arrival we were shocked at damp patches on ceilings/walls. It was dusty and there was 2wk old fish in the freezer. Halfway through our stay, water started dripping from the ceiling and spotlights. It was heavy and we had to put pans/towels down to catch the water. I messaged Kate, told her we were going out so she can go in to look. She was unsurprised and unapologetic, said she will see if her husband can look and that she hates the rain. When we returned nothing had been moved but the water had stopped dripping. Overnight the water leaked heavier, to the point it woke us up. Our belongings were damaged. I sent videos to AirBnB of the water leaking to get a refund, as Kate ignored my request. I lost money on replacing damaged belongings. I feel that this property is dangerous and a fire/electrical hazard. I believe Kate already knew of the leaks due to the damp patches and spots where filler had been used. 7 total drip spots, 4 from spotlights, plus other spots on the ceiling.
