Everything was great. Location, tidiness, and overall state of the flat. The only thing that felt missing was house utensils like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. There was a little bit of hand soap and washing-up liquid but basically, we had to buy everything and leave it behind us for the next guests. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay but guests have to be prepared to buy all the necessary stuff for a more comfortable stay.

Everything perfect! We arrived slightly later than expected but Fabrizio was flexible with the check in, with a series of videos for a self check-in as well as a clear description of parking areas and ski storage. The house is as in the picture, with the furnitures brand new! Highly recommended!!
