I had a great stay at Clara's appartment. The location is super convenient! The appartment is beautiful and cosy, Clara really has great taste in art! The fully equiped kitchen is also amazing! I recommend 100%!

I had a wonderful experience at Clara's apartment. Upon my arrival, a young, friendly and nice lady called Mariana was expecting me to show me around, making me feel like home and sharing precious tips so I could make the most of my journey. The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright, elegant and beautifully decorated. The neighbourhood is quiet yet very convenient, located in an upscale residential area with restaurants/cafes just a few steps away, as well as a huge commercial center at a less-than-10-minute walk. It also has easy access to downtown and other parts of the city by metro and bus. Although I didn't have the chance to use the kitchen, it is certainly one of the highlights, equipped with everything that is needed for anyone who wishes to cook like a chef! I highly recommend Clara's apartment to anyone who is looking for a top-notch experience especially for those intended to stay longer (such a pity I had to leave after only 2 days!). I'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay! The flat was very clean, of high standards, in a convenient location. Clara is very friendly and the checkin went super smoothly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any of my friend.

Clara was responsive and did her best to be helpful however she turned out not to be the host as she does not reside in Portugal. GuestReady was hired to host and they we’re unresponsive and somewhat rude with their responses. They sent a someone with no experience to do the check in and he not only had never been to the unit but didn’t even know what building it was in. The unit itself was fairly nice but the bed was not a queen size and was terribly uncomfortable. The towels were tiny and cheap. There fridge was completely empty not even an ice tray. We had booked the place for a month and the left us two sets of towels and no welcome gift. I’ve stayed in places for 2 nights and they left a bottle of wine, water and treats. Although Clara was wonderful GuestReady never made us feel welcome or appreciated as customers. I will never rent a place where the host is not present. I feel bad writing this because Clara was wonderful but the experience was not.
