Marco is an excellent communicator and quickly replied to all questions. The location is very good, quiet and calm with free parking close by and lots of bars, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The property is fine. We were there just one night (1700-0900) so really just for showers amd sleeping. The bed is comfortable with extra pillows. There are a few things that would make a stay much nicer - there's only one bedside lamp in the bedroom so only one of us could read unless we put the central light on. It would have been good to offer a fan in the bedroom, which got quite warm - there's only one aircon unit in the lounge is charged at €8 a day. Finally, the shower needs a scrub, the glass wall there is full of hard water stains and the towels have seen better days. Overall, the apartment is fine for a short stay and we appreciated the bottles of water left for us.
