Being a short walk to the nearest shops and bars/restaurants at the top of Montpellier makes the location attractive. The property is nicely finished and has amenities required for a comfortable stay. A solid property for the price point.

We found the accommodation very clean and in good order. It was very warm last weekend and the house became hot! The back bedroom only has skylights and you can't adjust the ventilation. There were no manuals for the kitchen appliances and TVs. . Don't be put off by the outside photo. Parking cars on the pavement seems accepted in the area but lots of private no parking signs should be best recognised!
