Really nice place. I stayed 5 months and everything was good. Simone answered me very quickly when I had “problem” but Actually I didn’t really had problems. It is a really nice apartment, the terrace is very appreciable, it’s a luminous flat, it’s warm and welcoming!! One of my best trip☀️ thanks for everything Simone

The apartment is beautiful and stylish and located in a busy little town. It is a great base for sightseeing in Roem without staying in the hustle and bustle. We got the train where a single ticket is €1.50 and it is about half and hour to an hour depending on where you want to be in Rome. Simone was very welcoming into the clean apartment and his dad was on hand if there was an issue. Quite frankly it was a total bargain.

The appartment was great, spacious, clean with a perfect terrace. Parking was a bit stressful in the narrow street, but OK. Communication was smooth, we were welcomed by Simone s father who explained us everything we needed. The area is quiet, 20 minutes by train to San pietro. Was a very nice stay.

Great apartment, with top roof terrace. Modern and stylish. I did reservation there for 2 reasons. Safe parking and breakfast. Host mentioned on Airbnb "parking on premise", but there is just parking on public street. Also no breakfast offered, despite the fact that is on website and I actually paid for both these services.

Simone's apartment is beautiful with a fantastic terrace and very clean, two good sized bedrooms and two baths. We had everything we need to cook and there's a little corner is not far away. We were greeted by his father and a very sweet neighbour. This apartment is not very close to the centre of Rome but very accessible by train from Ottavia station, only a short walk away. If you want an affordable and very nice place to stay in Rome I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat!
