Natsuko was a great host, very kind and responsive, allowed me a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. The yakitori restaurant very close by was delicious and the convenience store came in handy as did the local train station.

Wonderful communication with Natsuko who is a kind and friendly host. Perfect location from Haneda airport to central Tokyo. I recommend as a solo traveler and for short stays.

It is a small but very practical place, has everything you may need. Natsuko thought of many possible things that you may need in advance: the room has umbrellas for rainy sightseeing days, shoehorn to get your shoes on easier etc. At first I was intimidated by the stair to "bed" part of the room but it was easy to get to used to. Natsuko was always responsive and helpful. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. If you're coming from Haneda Airport, it direct on your way. Metro station is literally 2 min away, from there you can reach Shinagawa station in 2 stops, where you can reach anywhere in the city. If you're interested in Disneyland/Disneysea, also another metro station ca. 15 min away gives easy access with only one change. There are one FamilyMart (grocery store) at least open until 23:00, one local restaurant and one Domino's within 1 min walking distance, both open until 24:00. That is huge convenience for late nights coming back at home after full day of walking.

Good location near restaurants and stations. Inside was small but had all the amenities we wanted. Unfortunately had some noisy neighbors next to us and it was hard to sleep at times.
