The lakefront setting was beautiful. The pool and the fire pit made hanging outside a pleasure. We brought an Efoil and loved it. Lake traffic is very light and peaceful. Simply a great break for a relaxing weekend.

John’s lake house is a hidden gem. Amazing views/sunsets. I highly recommend the lakehouse for so many reasons. House is very clean, modern appliances, pool is very clean with lots of toys for everyone. John went above and beyond to help by delivering an iron/ iron board. His dining / golf recommendations were spot on. Great host. Don’t miss out. Will be back again!! Thx John

This was more than what we actually expected, we have a very large family (6 children) and it’s hard to find things big enough or can come close to accommodating all of our needs, from having toddlers to teenagers.. This was voted our best get away by all 8 of us. We kept busy the entire stay, from fishing, which we got very lucky one afternoon and caught 10-12 enough for a complete fish fry dinner right on the grill, to putting the canoes to use all day every day on the lake, to camp fires and roasting marsh mellows right on the sandy beach area right near the lake, which the littles really enjoyed, they found sand toys, a slide, and other toys around the house to enjoy the sandy beach area from dusk till dawn, there was more than enough life vest for every in every different size, the pool was nice and clean but unfortunately to cold at the time for the children to enjoy, we had a blast to say the least! Everything was more than we actually anticipated.. Great stay

Had a good stay with the lake. couldn't use the pool because it was cold. Ended up using the hottub. He doesn't say there's a hottub at the property but it was nice that it was there!

This is a great place in a beautiful peaceful setting. It was clean and just as described. It was to cold in March for swimming however we still had a wonderful time relaxing, enjoying fires on the beach and the hot tub with gorgeous sunsets. It's in a great location,not too far from the Gainesville raceway or to several of the springs in Flordia,like Silver Springs and Salt Springs also close to the Ocala National Forest. John was very quick to respond with any questions,clear with instructions and even left us firewood. This is a fantastic Airbnb! If ever in the area again we will stay here.
