The House Springs rental was very cute and comfy. The neighborhood looks a bit run down, and the cars do fly by on the street, but the neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed waving and chatting with the people floating down the beautiful river behind the property. The deck is very large with a grill and lots of patio furniture. Ring cameras in front and back. The location is fairly close to many state parks and St Louis. The Mexican restaurant just down the street was amazing! We had to buy toilet paper, salt n pepper, and dishwasher detergent. The place was clean and beds were comfy. Dzenad was very responsive to questions. Cleaning expectations were the norm compared to past airbnb's. We had a great time and would recommend.
