Named after the 270o degrees of panoramic view it offers, 270 Oia's View House IV is a natural window towards the cliffs of Oia or the caldera of Thirasia, the islands of Folegandros, Sikinos, Antiparos, Ios, Naxos, Amorgos and the mesmerising Sunset. Dominated by the element of the water reflecting the mediterranean sun, the villa, featuring a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub, combines the values of space and privacy: the heart and soul of a travelling experience. Entering the villa, you find the living room and a few steps lower a sleeping area (2 single beds) and the 2 bedrooms (king's and queen's bed) with private bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen with the dining area are at a higher level and as the livingroom, they are all sunny spaces with immediate access to the split level outdoor space where you can enjoy the private swimming pool and the hot tub. An extra bathroom is also found at the upper level. The owner of the property, Manos, a talented architect, designed and constructed the house during the period of 2008-2011 with extreme respect to the natural landscape and the well known Santorinian traditional bioclimatic architecture. High quality materials combined with the traditional methods of Santorini’s technicians gave an outcome of excellent minimal aesthetic and fully functional interior spaces completely adapted to the unique scenery. IMPORTANT NOTE : According to the new government regulations from 01.01.2024, the resident is required to pay CLIMATE RESILIENCE FEE [Art. 53 of Law 4389/2016 (GG A' 94) as replaced by Art. 30 of Law 5073/2023 (GG A' 204) and Law 7332/22 (GG B΄ 7332/22-12-2023)]. €10/night from March to October. €4/night from November to February. Payment will be made to the host upon check-in in cash

I can’t say enough great things about this villa. Between the amazing views and service we received it was an unforgettable stay. The view of the sunset from the hot tub is something everyone should see. The villa had plenty of space for our group of 4. Much more than 4 would have been a little tight because the family room area would have been where the other people slept. This is not separate room just an open space to the entire place. If you are considering this place do it. You won’t regret it.

We booked this Villa (as well as House 3 and a Cavehouse) for our Pilates and Yoga Retreat. 4 of our total of 14 retreaters stayed here. The Villa is gorgeous. The pool area was absolutely perfect for our morning classes. The view is absolutely spectacular! This is your perfect spot for a wedding, retreat or simply the vacation of your dreams. A huge shout out to our concierge Nayia who ensured every last detail of our trip (from dinner reservations at Argo to our Perissa Beach and Akrotiri excursions) was sheer perfection. BOOK NOW!!!

Beautiful homes! I was celebrating my 40th birthday and we had several families traveling with us. The homes and cave homes were perfect for our group! We were close enough to each other but we still had privacy. We were also traveling with children so staying just outside Oia was perfect! Wonderful sunset views from our home. Walking to Oia every day was one of the highlights. The staff was very available and so friendly! It had all the benefits of staying in a hotel with a lot more space.
