Great beachside accommodation, we were initially concerned for airplane noise prior to arrival but were pleasantly surprised to hear next to no noise. Would come back again!

Our group of 8 had a tremendous stay at Alex's place while we were in town for the Boston Marathon. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. The location was great - close to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Boston, while still being an easy drive or train ride away from the action. Alex was incredibly responsive as a host and ensured that we had a great visit.

If you are looking for luxurious accommodations, this isn't your place. If you are looking for basic accommodations that are clean and roomy and good communication with the owner, it's a great spot. Thanks Alex for sharing your place with us.

This place was spotless. Is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Very easily could sleep 8, we only had 4 of us. Everything was there as far as kitchen cooking supplies, great coffee maker with plentiful pods. An added perk is always a washer dryer, and even had laundry detergent supplied. Our only complaint was that there was only 1 hand towel and no washcloths. Kind of a necessity. It was weird because everything else about the home is so well thought out for guests. There are also no dish drying towels. When I asked for them, Alex told me to “ just dry the dishes with paper towels”. I mention this because it’s an easy fix for future renters. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Oh, and it’s approximately only a 1 minute walk to the ocean, lots of shore walks!
