Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, quiet gated beach community with 24 hour security. Villa Bella is located in Tambor, on the Nicoya Peninsula, which is the blue zone. It is next to one of the most beautiful Golf Courses in Costa Rica, in the community of Los Delfines. Our brand new private villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, is complete with your own private salt water pool and walking distance to our private beach. A quick drive to Montezuma and Santa Teresa. Villa Bella is a brand new villa with many upgrades including a private salt water pool, BBQ and outdoor patio area. Each bedroom has an air conditioner and 2 are in the main area, with their own temperature controls. We have granite countertops in the kitchen, with ceramic back splash and blackout curtains throughout. Glass sliding doors to your own private salt water pool and backyard patio from both the main part of the house as well as from the master bedroom. *24/7 on-site security *wifi and cable tv

For this stay we were 4 adults and a 9 y/o child and we were super comfortable. The place has everything you might need to make your stay a great experience. Full appliances in the kitchen, for the pool, towels for the shower and for the pool as well. The place was quiet, has a private beach access like 1/4 block away, the security guards were always there. The beach is clean and safe. The water warm. The pool is small but enough to have fun and relax. They have a gazebo where you can chill, a small grill. The rooms were comfortable. The furniture is clean and relaxing . Greg WiFi.

La ubicación y la propiedad en su conjunto son excelentes. Realmente tienen la casa en óptimas condiciones, parece todo bastante nuevo. Además, está a unos 200 mts de la playa caminando. La piscina estaba limpia, no tiene tanta privacidad, pero es agradable para pasar un buen rato. La cocina tenía lo que se requería para preparar la comida. Los aires acondicionados funcionaban bien, y es bastante espaciosa. Las camas también eran agradables para dormir.

You will see many Scarlet Macaws flying overhead, howler monkeys and even rescue release of sea turtles.
Tambor Airport strip is close by and offers daily domestic flights. Visit the many shops and restaurants in nearby towns of Tambor, Montezuma, Cobano,
Paquera and Santa Teresa.
There is also 24/7 medical services available in the community.
Just a 15 minute boat ride away is the Tortuga Island, a must see for anyone into snorkeling/ scuba diving, water sports, sight seeing, tourist shopping, swimming and relaxing on a white sand beach.
Affordable public transportation is available right outside of the gates. The bus system is excellent, there are reliable safe taxis and of course renting a car is recommended while you are visiting so you can enjoy what the area has to offer.
Free parking is available at the villa.
Tambor has its own airport strip making the commuter flight from San Jose/Liberia a quick 20 minute flight. You can take a taxi from the airport or arrange to have a rental car or shuttle bus to pick you up.
Medical services are available 24/7 with a doctor on call in the community.
Other medical services are located in Cobano and Paquera.
Banks- The Banco National is located in Cobano and there is an ATM in the parking lot in the community accepting US and Canada Bank cards.
