Wir können die bisherigen Kommentare nur bestätigen. Tolle Aussicht, großartige Ausstattung (komplette Küche mit allem drum und dran), gemütliches Bett, proaktive hosts, gute Empfehlungen für Wanderrouten. Dazu bietet das Dorf überraschend viele Läden und gute Restaurants. Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles, Maria und Oliver!
Oliver and Maria are very responsive, caring hosts. We chose their "Tropical Studio" based on its central location in Andalucia, the way it was furnished and equipped and the very reasonable price. It was clean, comfortable and private. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and functional. The view is breath-taking. We had a car so we were able to travel were able to drive an hour to Granada, a half hour to the coast and to many other beautiful locations in Andalucia. Great area for hiking too.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay with Oliver and Maria. The suite was well-stocked with everything we could need for a week stay. The kitchen in particular had nice appliances, and indeed sharp knives. Maria and Oliver were helpful, very responsive and left lots of good local recommendations. We had lots of space and privacy even with shared areas. We took advantage of great trails and climbs for running and cycling in the area.

The purpose of my visit to the area was to use Oliver’s place as a base to do day hikes. Oliver provided good advice on hikes and other things to do in the area. Oliver’s place was a great set up for my purpose. I was impressed with the little things such as some fruit on arrival, several herbs and spices, plastic wrap and aluminium foil, tea coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil and several other items. All which make it the stay a little more enjoyable, especially on the day of arrival. Thanks for being a great host and I wish you all the best.

自我介绍
Oliver: I came across the Alpujarras by chance during my journey through Spain in the mid 80's. This was about the same time as the famous book writer Chris Stewart arrived into the area. Years later he published his bestseller ‘Driving Over Lemons: An Optimist in Andalucia (The Lemons Trilogy)’ where he tells all these funny tales and amazing experiences he had in this very region. I also discovered the same sort of authentic unspoiled paradise as he did. Back then, south of Granada was very different to what it is now. The area was impoverished, there were not many cars around but lots of donkeys instead, TV was a novelty and people actually 'lived' in the bars. There was no VAT tax yet and no motorway for hundreds of miles. Granada was a day journey away and northern Europe a different planet. I was in heaven. I’ve been living in this area for almost 30 years and my children were born and grew up here. I absolutely love this region. Since then, I´ve been exploring the many things this area has to offer: hiking, skiing, cycling, snorkeling, biking, cooking, climbing and partying, of course. It´s my home and it feels like paradise! Maria: I grow up in Orgiva until 1999, when I went to work in different place around the world for 20 years. After this, I came back to Orgiva and now I can feel so special is this place and I enjoy every "boring sunny day" between the mountain, and I love to share this nature and this feelings with our guests.
