You absolutely cannot beat the location. Just a few blocks from Broadway, the Gulch, and Sobro, you really don't need a car to explore the majority of Nashville; which is a good thing because parking next door was $45/day. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue is that the apartment needs a deep clean; there were a few minor inconveniences like slow draining sinks, uneven floors, and stained rugs/sheets. Sonder flat out does not respond via the AirBNB platform, you MUST download their Sonder app to communicate with them. They are VERY responsive through their app, and I enjoyed all of the amenities that the app provided (check in and check out instructions, access codes, suggested activities, links to Uber/lyft, etc). Overall, would stay here again

Great location, easily walkable to Bridgestone Arena and Broadway. Free luggage storage in the building was a huge plus before check-in! The apartment was clean and had everything we expected. The beds were so comfortable! The keypad entry made it easy for everyone in our group to have access and no chance to lose the keys. Perfect for our girls getaway to Nashville!

Location was great, kitchen items were lacking a bit in the cooking area (cooking utensils and pans) and shades in bedrooms are definitely not black out. Customer service was very responsive to questions and needs. They brought pans over when asked. Access was simple, check in/out was easy. Would stay again.

A good location within walking distance to Broadway St. (4 blocks) Parking garage next door at $45 per night, a bit pricey. If I was staying more than 2 nights I would have found a cheaper lot. Getting inside the building was tricky using the keypad as it didn't always seem to work. You can download the Sonder app and have a "key" so you don't have to remember the code but we weren't advised to do this, we found out through another guest The apartment was spacious, quiet and clean with basic kitchen items. Large bathroom and shower but for some reason there was only one washcloth. I would stay again as it was convenient and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
