I stayed in this location for a month. Very good location, beautiful house except the bathroom upstairs smells very bad, stain, unchanged shower curtain and is very old construction. Rest of the house very well maintained and super clean.

Steven and Angel’s home was so clean and tidy. They were very helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend their home and I would absolutely stay there again!

pros: clean room, clean kitchen, and super quiet. close to every kind of restaurant you can think of. Parks and walking trails minutes away. super private, everyone minds their business. cons: longer term stays don't get the cleaning service like the short term stays do. I stayed for 30 days and I had to clean my own space. I had to wash my own sheets and vacuum my own room. I was, however, given two bath towels. for people who are super OCD I would recommend shorter stays. there is mildew growing in the rooms and on the carpet going up the stairs. Tracy is HOT, and I'm sure it's a moisture problem. Towards the end, I had an issue with other residents leaving the toilet unflushed. I ended up cleaning it myself. Also, public transportation is HORRIBLE! please consider what you would do if you don't drive. if you don't like to walk, this is NOT the listing for you! Overall: If you're looking for short-term or really don't mind small inconveniences, this place is for you.
