The place was great located right idowntown walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and downtown locations.

Wayne was a tremendous host. Always reachable and helpful. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Nice large patio off the kitchen. We could walk 20 minutes to the action or take the tram a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend this rental if you are staying in Memphis. Mark

Wayne’s World was a great place for my bff and I to stay for a weekend visit! It’s close enough to the river walk and downtown, but tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful, too. Wayne was also always helpful and responded immediately to every question! We’ll definitely look into another stay in the future!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Wayne’s World. The home is really nice and had tons of space. The beds were comfy. Wayne even went above and beyond on a special request I had. The location was also pretty convenient to a lot of things. Would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I were visiting Memphis with our three dogs. The pictures don’t do Wayne‘s place justice. It’s beautiful and perfectly located. It’s three stories and so comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. The back deck is wonderful to sit out on . There’s a dog park attached to the building which was so convenient. Wayne was super responsive and even allowed us to extend our stay. We will definitely come again. You’re the best Wayne!
