Very amazing property! Close to lots of amenities and entertainment. House is very comfortable for a mid size group to hang out and relax together. Mark is extremely accommodating and we will definitely be returning for repeat stays when we come to Denver!

-Spacious, comfortable, relaxing, wonderful house. You feel right at home here. -Kitchen is well set up for cooking with lots of pots and pans. Has the basics for utensils. But the coffee pot!! Loved it. Even a blender for smoothies. Pantry is large, washer/dryer in the pantry. The fridge is incredible! So much room for food and drinks. Cabinet/dishwasher doors dirty. Range hood filthy. -Master bedroom in HUGE. Fireplace is look only, not to be used. The circular bed frame is a challenge to get out, but made for some hilarious moments. -Bedrooms are large, comfortable, and well furnished. -A pool table to keep everyone entertained, but fireplace is not useable. -Be advised, there is a basement apartment that is occupied. But they use the basement walk out so no problem. -Issues: no broom or cleaning products to spot clean. Walkway not cleared after it snowed. Front door handle is a bathroom door handle so don't use it for security.

The place is great and clearly recently upgraded. There is an apartment below the AirBnb unit, so it's worth noting that there may be someone living below you during your time there. It didn't bother us but the sound barrier wasn't great. Eating dinner we absolutely heard the person below moving around. All the bedrooms are on the top floor so that wasn't an issue. The pool table is a nice addition. Overall a good place with a responsive host.
