We had a great time staying at the Ebony house. Great location in East Nashville. The home is well laid out for a group and very well decorated. It was also very clean - which we appreciate. Our host was very helpful with suggestions for our stay. We would definitely rent this home again in the future. Jeff

The beds were very comfortable and it was great having a big table for eating together. The showers were great. the location was convenient. Overall a positive stay! My only issue was with staying in the room with the bunkbeds. I chose to stay on the top bunk because I was afraid I'd hit my head if I accidentally say up in the night. There is no way to turn off the light from the top bunk. There seems to be a remote for the light, but I couldn't get it to work. Also there was no shelf or table to put things like my glasses or book on once I did get the light turned off. Just a minor inconvenience to be aware of. As I said, overall the house Is great. One thing I would mention that may very well be a positive to some and a negative to others is that the house has the impersonal feel of one created to be an airbnb as opposed to a home being rented as an airbnb.

We came to Nashville for four nights for a low-key spring break with our 4 and 6 year old. The house was gorgeous and IMO better than the photos. It truly felt like a home. Our kids loved the bunk bed, backyard and park at the end of the block, which we walked to every afternoon. The neighborhood felt very safe with several great restaurants nearby. We had our car and it was only about 10 minute drive into downtown. The house was exactly what we wanted (space, yard, kitchen - so helpful with younger kids) but would work equally well for adult-only trip with lots of space and amenities. Annie was proactive with messages and it made for a very easy check in/out. I plan to recommend the Ebony to anyone I know planning a trip to Nashville. Thanks again!
