Our apartment is spacious, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped. The property is situated in quiet district and in 15 minutes by foot to the city center, spring water and Mill Colonnade. Also guests can use our closed private parking and it is free of charge. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with flat-screen TV and big terrace with barbecue and nice view. Towels, bed linen and bathrobes available in the apartment.

Had a lovely stay. Everything was great and apartment had heaps of space! Also loved the heated floors and warm toes :) Great location , just removed from the noise but only a few minutes walk. Thank you!!

Lolita’s spacious apartment is well equipped and well located to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Karlovy Vary. Maria was always responsive to messages and helpful to deal with. We are a family of four and wish we had more time to have enjoyed this lovely apartment. We thoroughly recommend this listing and wish the host and Maria all the best.

The apartment is situated in the touristuc zone (spa district), so if You are going to travel by car during Your stay at our apartment, You have to buy permit to drive. Price of this permit is 100 kc (5 euro) per day. At the day of arriving and leaving You don't need this permit. In case law enforcement authorities stop You, the may request to shoq You reservation from Airbnb. You should just explain them that today You have check-in or check-out and You are on the way to load/unload Your luggage or park car in our private parking
