Was in Leicester to visit the National Space Centre. The house was just right for the 3 of us and only 15 mins away. Nice and clean and cheaper than a nice hotel for 2 nights. Also the extra space was welcome. Private parking outside the house was very convenient. Modern kitchen had all the appliances we needed.

Incredibly disappointed at how dirty this accommodation was. Happy to send anyone pics. The entire house had dust, mould, hairs including animal. Inside the kitchen cupboards shocking, crumbs and mould to the cutlery draw. On inspection of the oven I was appalled to see the grime and dirt. Dog faeces in the garden. On our last night I removed the bed sheets to reveal a disgusting stained mattress protector, which made me feel sick, to think I had slept on it for several nights. Mould stain to the single bedding sheets. Excessive build up and dirt and mould to both of the bathrooms. Water did not drain from the bath, upon inspection I removed a blockage of hair and tissue. No bath mat provided for the en-suite. At some point this property has had an internal fire, as the white plastic of the windows, light switches and front door were black. This property in general needs tlc and a damn good clean. I do not recommend.

The house is modern, clean and comfortable. Everything met our expectations and we had a very enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

A convenient location for our weekend trip. The house was as expected and no problems apart from missing information booklet.
