The apartment was perfect for our needs, so close to shops, restaurants and transport. Richard met on site as arranged was extremely helpful and friendly ensuring we were properly introduced to the property.

An excellent option for staying in Epsom, Richard's place is convenient to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The flat is serviceable and functional, as described. Communication was very prompt and easy. A previous review mentioned weekend noise from the back of the bar downstairs, however the flat is on the 3rd floor and the bar goers are well behaved, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this flat to others.

Great host, nice place to stay very central. But the property was not well maintained mirrors fell off and the refrigerator kept shutting down. Very clean and amazing amenities provided. All in all it was ass good as it can get. 👍
