In general: This house and the all experience gave anxiety. The house has many objects and the dust has not been cleaned for a long time. Only the wash basins in the kitchen and toilet areas that normally have more use were cleaned, the rest is all filled with dust. I had to pay electricity that is not public described in the advertisement. It goes against the rules of Airbnb. I had also no space for myself, only 2 shelves in a closet and a space of hangers. Aurelia is a person who talks too much and is confused somehow, creating impositions and discomfort in some situations: I had to send her letters by mail for example, in other situation for example with the keys that she informed me to put them on the mailbox during my check out she created a situation and said that they were not there but after all she found them, oh, etc… During the check in: there is an elevator, but at least 2 doors to open, and a small step to enter in the elevator, and she never helped me with my bags... only talking... in her own world. About the Price: She did a discount but still is expensive. And she never gave me the days (4 at least) of my early checkout. Location: Close to the metro. In conclusion: she dissipates part of Airbnb concept of a lovely stay and a nice and welcome experience. Conclusion: the house IS jammed with things ( NO SPACE FOR ME), the building and the apartment have quality (NEW BUILDING AND SAFE) , but the hostess creates distressing situations that do not LEFT ME RESTED.
