Pool area was nice and house was easy to find and access. Communication was good, but house could use the TLC and updates. But was fine for what we needed home for.

More like a 3.5 star. The house was comfortable and the listing was accurate. The backyard was a great hangout spot to relax. Loved the pool and the seating around it! Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook with. The Wii and Xbox were a fun touch for the later evenings. The host responded to questions quickly. A majority of the dishes were dirty when we arrived. There was a lack of general supplies like toiletries and dish soap. Some of those got delivered when we asked about it but we had to buy our own dish soap. There wasn’t sufficient bedding for the pullout or Murphy bed. General cleanliness was lower than other Airbnb stays.

Nice place in a great area. Pool was terrific and location super convenient to Goodyear Ballpark (Spring Training). House was very clean and well supplied.
