There is a deli, bakery, butcher and fish shop along with some other independant stores. The long sandy beach of Rock, which reaches to Daymer Bay, is only a five minute drive or a brisk walk away, as is the sheltered cove of Porthilly. Rock is a haven for walkers and golfers alike, with the world renowned St Enodoc Golf Club just down the road, and there are plenty of beautiful walks around the coast. Rock is well known for its water sports on th Camel estuary, with the Camel ski school offering fun activities in the season, and ther is a slipway for visitors boats.
