We have spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Tancredi! The view is simply amazing. You can watch both sun and moonrise, as well as sunset on the other side of the house. If you want to enjoy your holidays in full privacy, this is your spot! Thanks also to Giuseppe and his team! They have been always very attentive and responsive.

The house is a charm nested on top of a hill with a breath taking 360° view on the sea and surrounding almonds and olives trees. It is a recent renovation that offers everything you need. The rooms are ditributed in 2 buildings that are next to each other. The main house has 2 bed rooms / 2 baths and the smaller house just on the other side of the front porch has 1 bedroom / 1 bath. We enjoyed a beautifull stay and would highly recommend the house if you plan to stay in the Notto area. There is a grocery store just down the road and the house is half way between the Noto city center and the beaches. The hosts are very responsive and did provide us with everything needed. The umbrellas around the pool were a bit worn and the host told us they were going to be replaced after our stay. The house is very well maintained and the team very friendly.

If you are looking for a gorgeous rural getaway that is also close to attractions, I couldn’t recommend a better place in Sicily. The place is stunning, brand new, beautifully decorated , and only 10 minute drive from Noto, 30 minutes from Marzamemi/ Syracuse and 20 minutes from a series of gorgeous beaches. The owners also left helpful recommendations and house manager was kind and extremely responsive. Don’t think about it twice!

I stayed 3 weeks at the house in April. Everything looks like shown on the pictures. The outside area and views over the valley are beautiful. The house is managed by an agency which was very responsive. Giovanni is the agency's contact on the ground. He was always available and it took him never more than 30min to arrive at the house if something had to be checked or fixed. The weather was unpredictable when I was there. The inside of the house is a little small, especially the main living area which is kitchen, dining and living in one space. The pictures fully represent the interior of the house, so no criticism. My main comment is that this is really a house that is best enjoyed in summer when the majority of the day can be spend on the great large terraces and the beautiful pool area. I also enjoyed that the house was very private, at the same time only a 5min drive away from Noto where I found many great restaurants. Big plus if staying for longer periods.
