House was nice, clean, comfortable and has a good outdoor area. It's an older building that has been renovated slightly so it appears newer but once you get there it's clear that it's an old apartment (uneven and noisy floors/stairs, flickering lights, water takes a while to heat up, etc.) but overall decent place and good value for the cost.

My friends and I had a great stay at Lapj’s place in Montreal. The location was central, and we were able to find parking right out front with no issues. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, and was equipped with everything you would need. Lapj was very responsive to my messages and accommodating to check in times. The location was quiet, and a short drive to old port as well as walking distance to many attractions. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Montreal!

Great location. Nice house. Street parking is a little complicated but the host was responsive and people on the streets were helpful
