This is a great place and clean- in and outside the house is well kept. Has everything you need for a good stay! Host was very helpful and please to with.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was a long term stay with local family as I worked on a digital nomad visa. The work space with a glass whiteboard was great for planning and staying organized. There were plenty of power outlets and I think the WiFi speed was 200mb download/30mb upload. The kitchen was well stocked and Rappi was able to deliver directly to the door. Laundry was easy to do and hang drying clothes outside was fine. There was construction noise starting at 0700 until 1600 Monday through Saturday, but it was fine if you sleep on a normal schedule. There is a lesser known pathway to the Piamonte park behind the complex which makes it easy to walk 10 minutes to a nature reserve where they have a small store that sells water, snacks, and ice cream. Much better than walking on the street the long way. Just be careful at night or when walking solo. Overall, everyone was friendly, this is an apartment complex with lots of families and a relaxed atmosphere. I will probably stay again later

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything in apartment as listed. Johanna was helpful with any questions. Enjoyed the apartment complex. Often used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise facilities. Security was always helpful. People were friendly. Very close to Fabricato Mall. Will definitely rent again when available. The cómplex next to puerto Nuevo is doing some construction. I just closed the patio doors and windows during the day and everything was fine. Johanna responds quickly and will help you with anything.
