Kendal was a great host! The room is very clean and he is very very responsive and always checks in with you! We stayed there for 4 nights - driving to Zion every day, which took about an hour but is a pretty easy drive. The only criteria I gave 4/5 was the expectation of the room - only because when I booked the listing I didn’t realize that the bathroom and kitchen are in the same room which was a little inconvenient when staying with my partner. Also I am not sure if this is covered on the listing or not, but I didn’t realize Kendal has young kids when I booked, but 90% of the time you don’t notice them at all and it was in no way a problem. Overall, it was a great price and he is great!

Kendal was a great host, clean space with everything you could need to have a nice stay at his airbnb, was quick to respond and give recommendations for what to check out in the area. Location was close to everything in town and easy to get around and check in. There was construction going on in the house as this was a guest house connected to the main house. Could hear the construction and dog barking at times or at night. Backyard was messy and wanted to sit out side but felt weird about it as there was construction materials everywhere. Overall great space, location and host, recommend and would stay again

Great little Casita located in a beautiful park with a park for the kids right up the street. Kendall was great and very responsive. Great overall location near food and shopping. Very quit, you don’t even know people are in the home attached. We will return.
