Excellent location for a great Newport area getaway! Very spacious home with great amenities and lots of parking space. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Check in and check out we’re east, however there were lots of check out chore tasks asked of us. Additionally the kitchen had lots of ants when we arrived and possibly birds/small animals in the attic would stir overnight but these things didn’t really influence our great time

Beautiful, clean and very spacious house!! I hosted a ladies weekend here with several guests and it was great!! Lots of room to spread out and remain very comfortable. Chris was extremely responsive, very helpful and very accommodating!

Chris is an exceptional host. This is the second time our extended family has celebrated an important anniversary at his properties. The house was spacious and all the amenities made our visit one that we will always remember with fondness. Thanks again Chris and your team for a wonderful stay.

This house fit our family comfortably. Sleeping arrangements were great and plentiful. Location was nice and not too far from Newport, and there was ample on site parking. Hosts were very generous giving us early checkin and late checkout when requested. Kitchen has ample cutlery, plates and cups and there are dishwasher pods and dish soap on hand which was great. Living room area a bit tight for the size of the house and number of guests. Dining table is large but stools a bit too high so hard to fit legs under. Property also very dark at night. No outdoor lights aside from the one porch light. Didn’t really use the grill, hot tub, or games in the garage but it was a nice touch had we stayed longer. House was updated, clean and in good shape overall. Real plus was the comfortable sleeping arrangements. Property manager was helpful with our questions and host was quick to respond when needed. Was a great stay for us. Thank you!

We had a wonderful girl's weekend! Chris was very responsive to our needs. This was a great location. Only a short ride to downtown Newport. Thank you Chris for being a great host! We hope to return soon!
