We opened our dream retreat or holiday home in May 2023. We wanted to create a space where we could invite all our friends and family to stay with us. We also wanted to organize our own companies' retreats. The house has a pool, fireplace, jacuzzi and a co-work area. It is close to the beach and to the city. While this house is for larger groups, no parties are allowed. No noise outside after 22h00. No music by the pool. We charge according to the group size. The capacity of common space: >> Indoor dining: 14 people >> Outdoor dining: 16 people + 4 bar seats >> Co-working area: 3 fixed desks + 2 portable desks – up to 9 people with a desk >> Living room seating: 14 people (comfortable) to 22 people (cozy) >> Jacuzzi: 5 people Bedrooms: The house has 6 bedrooms and 9 divisions. Three of the bedrooms are split into two rooms. This means you have more privacy, but less space in some of these rooms (the photos make the rooms look larger than they actually are). The three internal rooms (no windows) are well-ventilated and have two doors – one door to the adjoining room and one door to the hallway. Airconditioning & Heating: The house has air conditioning in four (4) bedrooms (the one on the top floor) and in the living room. The remaining 5 rooms have fans. The house stays pretty cool in the summer except on the top floor that has AC in all the rooms. For winter, we have central heating throughout the house and a heated jacuzzi.
