We were grateful to find this location in a last minute change of plans but we’re extremely disappointed with the care and hospitality. Upon finding stained linens and a bathroom with hair in the sink, and toothpaste in the sink from the previous stay - the hosts never addressed our complaints and didn’t care to reach back out. Overall I good quick stay but not worth the money.

We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon, and it was a good location for a reasonable price, and we are grateful for that. It was also easy to find, and the place was extremely clean. It stood out that there were no decorations or colors of any kind, which made it feel like a hotel room. We did notice there was not any hand soap in the bathroom, but we managed with the soap we brought along. The kitchen had large, quality appliances, but there were limited kitchen items to cook with. The dishwasher was locked, which was not a problem for our two night stay, but just felt odd. Additionally, while the instructions themselves were reasonable, the detail and repetitive, long messages felt a bit stressful. The bed was also very, very firm, which I personally struggle with, but perhaps some people may enjoy. Lastly, despite paying our cleaning fee through our booking, there was an envelope requesting a tip for the cleaner, which felt unusual since we booked through airbnb.
