Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautifully restored home in a quaint, friendly neighborhood. This single story 1927 era home is filled with natural light and inviting views of an established city park. It is located within walking distance to Amtrack, downtown shops and restaurants, and a beautiful bike/walking path that follows a winding creek. Merced College, UC Merced, Lake Yosemite and the hospital are a short drive away. Yosemite, Bay Area and the gold country are a 1-2 hours drive away.

Great place. This was perfect for our weekend in Merced. Lovely location across from a park. Charming old house that has been carefully restored to its former glory. Would definitely stay here again.
This house was perfect. My in-laws, husband and I stayed for the weekend for a wedding and we couldn’t have found for a better place. It had everything we needed and it was so beautifully decorated and so clean. Highly recommend.
Regina was very responsive, anytime I had a question she replied within minutes. The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Regina's house is spotless and stocked with every amenity you can think of. The kitchen and bathroom were so clean it looked as though no one had ever stayed there before. And the bedrooms and living room are very comfortable. There is a lovely park across the street with a nice walking path and the neighborhood felt very safe and well lit. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Merced.

I'm a retired teacher/administrator. I love doing home renovations , gardening, and art. I have several cat and dog rescues. You may see a couple of my cats visit you at the property since our home is in the neighborhood.
