This was the 2nd time my little family & I rented this Airbnb for a holiday & once again, it checked all the boxes! The weather was rainy & gloomy during our stay but we had no issue with that & just watched movies in the cozy living room! Colton is friendly & responsive to any inquiries you might have. A small section of the ceiling unfortunately came off due to the heavy rain but Colton was on top of it as soon as we made it known. He made sure we were comfortable with him stopping by so he could assess the ceiling & was so considerate to set an appointment for someone to resolve the issue the day we checked out so it didn’t interfere with our stay! We loved how equipped the kitchen was & I greatly appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer! There was plenty of laundry detergent for us to use(it was powdered), & had enough toiletries/towels to last us the entire 6 night stay. This unit is great for a small group or small family! We will definitely be staying here again :)

My wife and I were visiting my Son for a long weekend and Colton’s place was only 2 minutes away from his Dorm. It was exactly as described, and it was cozy! Great communication, easy process, high recommend! Thanks Colton

Perfect two bedroom basement suite. Two good sized bedrooms, nice bathroom, good size living area. Well quipped with everything you could need and if anything missing Colton will get for you. Excellent location, quiet and residential but within walking distance of hospital and Milan Puskar football stadium. Short drive to downtown and food/shops. Heating takes a little to get used to but once you have it place is warm (though system is quite loud). Good parking out front, the only observation is that the floorboards in the apartment above are a little squeeky so so you can sometimes hear movement from there. Overall a lovely place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a place to stay, when we return we will definitely come back here - thanks Colton!
