Take in the living-room floor-to-ceiling windows revealing a long patio and breathtaking forest and mountain views. Settle into one of the two bedrooms, both furnished with king beds and two dedicated work-from-home stations, making working from anywhere a breeze. Hook up your laptop to the external monitor and enjoy your new remote office. In the days ahead, the options are endless! Cuddle up on a back patio chair or swing with a blanket and good book for some well-deserved self-care time. When you’re rested and ready to hit the town, enjoy a memorable adventure like apple picking, cider-tasting, or a trip on the scenic Blue Ridge railway. Want to do something a bit more active? Check out local white-water rafting or fly-fishing or venture on one of the many trails for hiking or mountain-biking. Back in the cabin, curl up on the couch and watch a favorite movie in front of the crackling fireplace. Whip up a delicious family meal on the grill or in the kitchen stocked with everything you'll need from pots, to plates, to cutlery and feast at the kitchen table, bar, or outdoor farmer’s table. Cabin was beautiful. Well stocked with all of the basics you need. Fireplace wasn't working the week we were there, but Matt was very good at communicating and letting us know it was scheduled to be repaired. I did not see a book/diary to sign or list of area activities or restaurants which would have been nice. Wi-Fi and tv's worked well. There was room for 2 vehicles in the driveway, but a little tricky to maneuver a turn around, but doable. Pictures you see are accurate. Blue Ridge is the closest town (20 minute drive) and has everything you would need to shop for. If you are a Nascar fan, Dawsonville has the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame (1 hour drive). Overall, great stay despite the rain we had the week we were there.
We had such a wonderful family getaway that was a nice break from the crowds you often get during spring break. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 (1 in a crib). The beds were SO comfortable. 15-20 min drive from town. We went to an apple orchard, breweries, playground and hikes. had s’mores by the fire and make lots of memories. Thank you!
As soon as you walk through the door, you feel like you're home. This chalet is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and peaceful. There are amazing views of the mountains especially during the sunset. We spent most of our time outside on the back porch or exploring the area with our 2 dogs. One of my favorite places was the swing on the back porch. Perfect place to read, relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. Matt's place has everything you need and he is very responsive. He provided very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to get to the cabin, things to do in the area and instructions on checking out (very, very easy). We cannot wait to go back. The only part you will regret is having to leave at the end of your stay. This chalet is a 10 out of 5 stars!!!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The views were incredible, the sunrise and sunset over the mountains are incredible. A short drive to downtown blue ridge to walk and shop the area. Would totally stay here again. Dog friendly to bring your fur buddies.
